Monthly Licence & Care
Once your Moonfleck-developed application is live, a monthly plan covers its continued use and upkeep. The scope is agreed for each application.
- Licence for continued use of your agreed application during the active subscription.
- Routine corrective maintenance and security updates.
- Defined support and incident triage during agreed service hours.
- Basic monitoring and routine upkeep where we operate the app.
Quoted separately: new features and major redesigns, extra integrations or migrations, hosting beyond any bundled allowance, metered supplier services, and out-of-hours support unless contracted.
No per-user Moonfleck licence fees for ordinary internal business use under the applicable plan. Consulting-only work has no software subscription.

Hosting, AI usage and other services
Some applications rely on cloud hosting, AI models, voice minutes, messages or third-party licences. These are usage-based where applicable, never unlimited, and set out in your proposal.
Extra development, integrations, training and enhancements are scoped and quoted separately, usually at a fixed price.

A simple cost example
For an application requiring a £8,500 one-off build, an illustrative monthly cost might be £249 Licence & Care + £75 managed hosting + third-party AI consumption based on actual usage. Final costs depend on the agreed solution and consumption.
